Consumer Affairs Australia and New Zealand recently sought your views on the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

This review is now complete and the Australian Consumer Law Review Final Report has been published on the Australian Consumer Law website.

Background

The Australian Consumer Law Review Issues Paper was released on 31 March 2016. Submissions to the Issues Paper closed on 27 May 2016. More than 160 submissions were received in response to the Issues Paper, including submissions marked as confidential.

All non-confidential submissions are available, listed alphabetically by stakeholder online. The opinions expressed in the submissions are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of Consumer Affairs Australia and New Zealand or the ACL Review.
