Payment of fees

You can pay for your Co-operative fees at our Department's Cannington office or any of our regional offices however all processing is handled at the Cannington office.

Making a payment in person?

Payments can be made in person at Level 1, 303 Sevenoaks Street, Cannington WA 6107 between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays).  The Cannington office is conveniently located opposite Cannington Train Station with free two-hour car parking available off Grose Avenue

Posting a form?

Completed forms can be mailed to Locked Bag 100, EAST PERTH 6892. Emailed forms will not be accepted.
